Biography
Mayra Cuello is an associate in the Labor & Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice focuses on the representation of employers in all aspects of labor and employment ligation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies throughout the nation, including employment discrimination lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, National Labor Relations Act matters, and trade secrets and restrictive covenant matters. Mayra also does pro bono work for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), a national non-profit organization dedicated to finding representation for children in immigration removal proceedings.
Ms. Cuello is a board member of KIPP Pals, an organization dedicated to assisting the Knowledge is Power Program charter schools in Houston. She is fluent in Spanish.
