Ms. Cousino is counsel in the Corporate Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw’s Chicago office. She concentrates her practice on commercial transactions, general corporate matters and the representation of buyers and sellers in connection with stock and asset acquisitions.

Ms. Cousino advises clients on a range of corporate governance issues and has assisted clients with the formation of new business entities. Ms. Cousino focuses a portion of her practice on general contract issues, including the preparation and negotiation of shareholder, voting, license, and confidentiality agreements. She also assists her clients with obtaining financing and conducting other commercial transactions.

Ms. Cousino is dedicated to Chicago’s pro bono community and has assisted non-profit organizations and emerging businesses with their entity formation and related corporate matters. She also serves on the Associate Board of Urban Students Empowered.
