Mr. Viccora is a partner practicing labor and employment law. Mr. Viccora also specializes in the defense of employers in wrongful discharge actions and employment discrimination lawsuits, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA and state fair employment actions. He has advised employers in various aspects of human resources and labor relations, including the ADA, the FMLA, sexual harassment prevention, employee handbooks, employment applications, and employment contracts.
