Biography
Ms. Blair is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She practiced with commercial litigation firms in The Woodlands, Texas, from 2002 until she joined the Houston office in 2006. She has represented and advised clients in a variety of litigation contexts, including intellectual property, technology, science, engineering, construction, employment, contracts, securities, banking, and bankruptcy. Additionally, Ms. Blair has provided litigation support in patent litigation matters and has extensive experience analyzing patent claims, prosecution histories and developing infringement and non-infringement positions.
Ms. Blair is a registered Patent Attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Forming a foundation for her practice, she participated in plant genetics research projects when she was an undergraduate student in Biochemistry at Rice University.
