Ms. Joyce is a partner in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She practices in the area of commercial litigation, with particular experience in cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, product liability, negligence and antitrust violations. Ms. Joyce has represented a wide range of commercial clients, including commercial and residential developers, health care providers, manufacturers, property managers, business owners, and telecommunications carriers, through all phases of litigation.
Ms. Joyce is a volunteer with the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic, representing clients seeking executive clemency.
Ms. Joyce was recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2011 "Rising Star" in Illinois.
