Neal Robin is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  He practices in the firm’s Real Estate Department, and is also a member of the Real Estate Development and Commercial Leasing groups.  He advises developers, institutional investors, private equity firms, high net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies and national retailers in connection with their real estate projects and investments locally and throughout the United States. Mr. Robin’s practice involves a broad range of real estate assets, including retail shopping centers, office towers, mixed-use properties, industrial warehouses and undeveloped land.  He has experience handling purchases and sales, ground-up development projects, long-term ground leases, and reciprocal easement agreements.  He also counsels borrowers and lenders in a variety of real estate financing transactions including construction, permanent and portfolio financings.  In addition, Mr. Robin assists community arts organizations navigate their real estate matters pro bono.  Mr. Robin is an active member of the Chicago chapter of Urban Land Institute and ICSC.
