We build loyalty and collegiality by fully integrating new members through a variety of events, including these favorites: "get to know your neighbor" dinners where a cross-section of the office meets in groups of eight to enjoy a meal together; a Santa party held on-site for grade school children from an underserved community; a potluck lunch where we celebrate the heritage of our employees through food; and a biannual "town hall" communication event held off-site. Everyone takes the time to connect in meaningful ways, which results in a tightknit group of professionals who enjoy working alongside one another daily. Our office is committed to exceeding expectations, whether the firm’s or our clients. We are driven to be the best.

The New York office maintains an unwavering commitment to pro bono work to help New Yorkers in need.
