Mr. Kaiser is a corporate and real estate partner that has been practicing law in the areas of business and real estate transactions since 1983. He has broad-based experience in planning, structuring, documenting and executing sophisticated transactions involving corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and individual investors. Mr. Kaiser’s real estate practice focuses on the sale, acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties with a particular emphasis on financial structuring including traditional and senior secured debt and mezzanine tranches. Mr. Kaiser’s corporate experience is focused in the area of transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private placement of equity and debt including 144A, venture financings and private equity. In addition, Mr. Kaiser has significant experience as counsel to both lenders and borrowers in asset-based financing involving accounts receivable, equipment, intangibles and specialty collateral as well as project financing transactions.
