Pat Ryan is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department in the firm's Atlanta office.  As a member of the Wage and Hour Litigation Practice Group, he dedicates the majority of his practice to representing management nationwide in disputes arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as advising employers of their rights and obligations under state and federal wage and hour laws.

Mr. Ryan graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009, where he served as a Notes Editor for The Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.  In addition to Wage and Hour matters, he has experience in the defense and prosecution of environmental matters in federal and state courts in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.  During law school, Mr. Ryan interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Georgia.
