Biography
Ms. Lee is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has counseled and represented a wide variety of clients at all stages of the litigation process and in both state and federal court. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including the defense and prosecution of claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, products liability, business torts, lender liability, lien foreclosure, and unfair business practices. In addition, Ms. Lee has substantial experience in obtaining prejudgment remedies for her clients, including writs of attachment, writs of possession, and receiverships. She is also well-versed in drafting and negotiating various business agreements, including asset purchase agreements, loan forbearance agreements, guaranty agreements, and shareholder buyout agreements.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Lee represents employers in single plaintiff litigation matters concerning employment discrimination and in complex labor and employment litigation matters, with primary emphasis on representative and class actions regarding labor code and wage order violations.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Lee clerked for the United States District Court, Central District of California.
