Ms. Lee is a senior associate in the Litigation Department.  Her practice encompasses resolving complex commercial disputes, and counseling clients on managing and mitigating litigation risks.  She has represented private companies and public entities in litigation matters involving a variety of claims including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, business torts, and unfair business practices.  She has also represented clients in local, State, and Federal procurement matters, including bid protests and contracts compliance.  Ms. Lee is also well-versed in drafting and negotiating various business agreements, such as nondisclosure agreements, vendor agreements, asset sale/purchase agreements, and guaranty agreements.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Lee represents employers in single plaintiff litigation matters concerning employment discrimination, and in complex labor and employment litigation matters, including representative and class actions, involving California Labor Code and wage order violations.

Ms. Lee also serves as the co-chair of the San Francisco office’s Diversity Action Team.
