Biography
Mr. Mattingly is the National Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group and the former managing partner of the Firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Mattingly’s practice involves leading teams that serve institutional real estate clients, including a finance team that has closed loans aggregating several billion dollars in all 48 contiguous states and Hawaii (still looking for the elusive Alaskan deal) and a leasing and development team that represents one of the world’s largest retailers on a national basis.
