Paul Vishny is an Of Counsel member of Seyfarth Shaw LLP with more than 45 years of experience in U.S. and international corporate, securities and telecommunications law. Mr. Vishny has negotiated and structured transactions involving the laws of more than 20 countries.

Illustrating his experience, Mr. Vishny continues to work with trade associations and selling groups, including the largest and leading association of telecom manufacturing companies and the largest association of companies manufacturing corrugated paper products. His work with these groups consists of contract review; antitrust counseling; taxation work; litigation work; business arising from trade shows; and general corporate services. Mr. Vishny also chairs the telecom association’s intellectual property rights working group, which is responsible for setting the intellectual property-related policies for the association's published standards and attends Finance Committee meetings. With other trade associations and selling groups, Mr. Vishny attends Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings in addition to his legal services.

Additionally, Mr. Vishny is currently the sole trustee for a partnership of nine trusts. He is involved with the partnership’s investment program, involving assets of approximately $50 million.
