Mr. Goldberg is a staff attorney in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  His practice areas include complex commercial litigation, commercial real estate litigation, landlord tenant disputes, tax lien and commercial mortgage foreclosure actions, commercial insurance litigation, contract actions and commercial tort actions including fraud, defamation, and trade-secret theft.

While in law school, Mr. Goldberg served as an editor with the Cardozo Law Review.
