Biography
Ms. Thakarsey is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw. Ms. Thakarsey concentrates her practice on all areas of labor and employment law. During law school, Ms. Thakarsey interned at the Attorney General’s Office for the California Department of Justice, Criminal Law Division. She also published numerous law review articles, including “Catching up to the California Medial Board: The Dental Board of California May Take Action Against Registered Sex Offenders” (39 McGeorge L. Rev. 387 (2008)) and “California Wants More Clout: Moving the Presidential Primary to February” (39 McGeorge L. Rev. 459 (2008)). She is fluent in Gujarati and proficient in Hindi.
