Mr. Bond has handled cases across the country involving product liability defense, contract disputes, class action defense, advertising claims, professional malpractice, corporate liability, personal injury, pharmaceutical clinical trials, employment discrimination, bankruptcy, criminal defense, fraud and business torts. He is experienced with complex business litigation, administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolution, serving as an advocate, mediator and court-appointed arbitrator. He has successfully represented clients in high-profile, “front-page” cases and effectively managed confidential matters requiring clients to maintain the lowest possible profile.

He has handled regulatory and criminal investigations by federal and state government agencies, and he has represented individuals and businesses in criminal and civil litigation in numerous state and federal courts.

  • Successful defense of multiple class actions in state and federal courts on behalf of product manufacturers;
  • Successful representation of product manufacturers in advertising disputes, including injunction proceedings for false advertising and Lanham Act claims over print and TV media advertising;
  • Successful defense of numerous lender liability lawsuits in state, federal district and bankruptcy courts;
  • Successful defense of product manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and individual company executives sued in state and federal court and being investigated in state and federal criminal prosecutions;
  • Successful defense of lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies in state and federal courts by individual plaintiffs seeking over $100 million each; and
  • Successful defense of class action clinical trials case with plaintiffs seeking $1.5 billion from sponsors, CROs, institutions and investigators, asserting RICO and conspiracy allegations, and making wholesale challenges to human experimentation in clinical trials.


Mr. Bond has lectured at numerous continuing professional education seminars, and has taught classes at the University of Georgia School of Law, the University of Georgia Business School, and Emory University.
