More About Rachel

As the immigration environment continues to evolve, clients look to Rachel for continued support and guidance on federal regulations relating to non-immigrant visa status and permanent residency.

Rachel has extensive experience preparing a number of non-immigrant petitions, including the B, E, F, H, J, L, O, P, R and TN visa categories. In addition, she has considerable experience filing employment-based permanent residency petitions, and is particularly well-versed in the Department of Labor's PERM program. She spent several years living abroad, where she spent time working on the in-depth preparation of US National Interest Waiver and Extraordinary Ability cases. Her experience living outside the US has provided her with excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to understand the challenges of the immigration experience on a personal level.

Rachel has nearly 15 years of immigration-related experience. She spent five years at Seyfarth, managing several top 20 accounts. Her experience at Seyfarth, combined with nearly a decade of experience in a boutique immigration firm, provided her a unique understanding of the real-world matters employers and foreign nationals face on a day-to-day basis, and the ability to implement creative immigration solutions when needed.

To better deliver high-impact solutions, Rachel leverages Seyfarth's unique suite of technology tools on behalf of her clients. For example, the immigration group uses a document generation system that is constantly evolving to reflect the ever-changing immigration environment. Rachel is a senior member of the committee responsible for managing and updating the system regularly.

Rachel loves working as part of the business immigration group at Seyfarth, because it is a group that, on a national level, is constantly adapting and striving to be better. The immigration group at Seyfarth is unique in the field, as it is one of—if not the only—immigration group that operates collaboratively to implement best practice on a national scale.
