Mr. Bruchmiller is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Bruchmiller was a principal at a medium-size litigation firm in Houston prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw in 2010.  He has handled a variety of cases while representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has obtained numerous favorable outcomes for those clients through summary judgments, settlements and trial.

Mr. Bruchmiller handles a variety of commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, claims of breach of fiduciary duty, trade secrets, covenants not to compete and various other business disputes.  Representing companies and individuals in matters relating to temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions and permanent injunctions is a significant part of his practice.

Mr. Bruchmiller has many years of experience defending doctors and hospitals in personal injury and disciplinary matters.
