Biography
Mr. Zinnershine is a partner in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice focuses on commercial and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, corporate finance, commercial real estate and asset based lending, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Zinnershine’s practice has a heavy emphasis on commercial and retail leasing. His leasing practice is national in scope and includes the representation of both landlords and tenants. On the landlord side, Mr. Zinnershine represents pension fund advisors, real estate investment and management firms, institutional investors, and other types of owners of commercial real estate in the leasing of all types of properties, including downtown office towers, suburban office parks, and retail shopping centers.
Mr. Zinnershine has represented both publicly and privately-held regional and local retailers in nearly all aspects of their businesses. His practice includes retail store leasing, the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of leased department agreements, vendor contracts, internet related agreements, and private label credit card program agreements.
Mr. Zinnershine has also represented retailers and other businesses in connection with the establishment and administration of sophisticated revolving credit and term loan facilities of all sizes, including complex syndicated credit facilities in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
