Ms. LeClerc is an associate in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where her practice focuses on construction law, as well as commercial and real estate litigation.  She has substantial experience arbitrating, mediating, and litigating complex disputes and has represented clients in sophisticated foreclosure confirmation proceedings.  Her construction litigation experience includes representation of prime contractors, subcontractors, and owners in disputes over non-payment, construction defects, construction delays, project management, and mechanic’s liens.  Ms. LeClerc also assists clients with construction contract drafting.

Ms. LeClerc is a committed volunteer participant for the Everybody Wins! reading and mentoring program at Centennial Elementary School. Her pro bono legal work concentrates on representing victims of intimate partner violence at the hearing to obtain a twelve month civil protective order, and is coordinated through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and Domestic Violence Project.
