Mr. Fersko is an associate in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  A member of the Real Estate practice group, he focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including representing clients in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, financing, and refinancing of commercial properties.  In addition, Mr. Fersko has advised clients on various tax issues, which have included real estate matters and numerous state and local tax matters.

Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Mr. Fersko was a member of the Real Estate and Tax groups at another AmLaw 100 firm.  Mr. Fersko also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Harriet F. Klein, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division. He previously gained experience in commercial real estate law while working as a legal assistant and received the Chicago Title Insurance Company Award for Real Property upon graduating law school.
