Mr. Sohrn is an associate in Seyfarth Shaw’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Workout and Business Reorganization Practice Group and the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Mr. Sohrn’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors rights matters, commercial litigation, products liability litigation and real estate litigation.

Mr. Sohrn has substantial experience in representing secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, vendors, asset purchasers, and post-petition lenders in bankruptcy court proceedings.  Mr. Sohrn represents lender clients in out-of court restructurings, receiverships, and real and personal property foreclosures (including asset sales under the Uniform Commercial Code).

Mr. Sohrn assists clients with protecting their business interests in complex commercial litigation cases involving fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty, and intellectual property claims. Mr. Sohrn assists clients in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, as well as litigation in federal and state courts.

Mr. Sohrn was selected as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2010 and 2011.
