Neel Gupta is an associate in the Atlanta office, practicing in commercial litigation and product liability. 

Mr. Gupta's experience includes taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, as well as participation in multi-week jury trials in Georgia state and federal courts. Mr. Gupta also has extensive experience in preparing Daubert motions, removal actions, arguing motions, and handling property damage claims. In addition, he has appellate experience in Georgia state and federal courts. Mr. Gupta also has settled hundreds of lawsuits, with and without mediation.

Mr. Gupta is a board member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (and currently serves as its Vice President of Communications) and is active in Habitat for Humanity, the Atlanta Tool Bank, Hands On Atlanta, the Georgia Department of Human Services (Division of Family and Children Services), and the Inman Park Neighborhood Association. Mr. Gupta is also a participant in the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers' Division 2012 Leadership Academy.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gupta was an investment banker at Stephens Inc. (one of the largest off-Wall Street investment banks in the United States) and was licensed as a Registered Representative by the National Association of Securities Dealers (now the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).

While in law school, Mr. Gupta was the associate editor of the Journal of Food Law and Policy and clerked for Washington County Circuit Judge Michael Mashburn.
