Ms. Leitman’s practice concentrates on real estate finance, conveyances, leasing and development involving major commercial, hotel and residential properties. Ms. Leitman’s real estate work in recent years has emphasized the structuring and closing of mortgage loan transactions for securitization in the capital markets.

Ms. Leitman has extensive experience in a variety of real estate projects across the United States. She has closed financings of all property types including fee and leasehold financing and refinancings of major commercial and multi-family developments, shopping centers and office buildings.

Ms. Leitman is a member of the Real Property Law Committee of both the Association Of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Leitman has spoken on numerous real estate related topics, including the real estate aspects of securitized mortgage transactions.
