Biography
Victoria Shin is an associate in the Securities & Financial Litigation and Commercial Litigation practice groups in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. As a member of these practice groups, Ms. Shin has experience in a broad range of financial matters representing large companies and executives in, among other areas, securities class actions, adversary proceedings in bankruptcies, commercial contract disputes, and internal investigations. Ms. Shin represented the United States and its agencies in civil matters while she was an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Connecticut. Ms. Shin was also a law clerk to the Honorable Mark R. Kravitz in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
