Ms. Siesta is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Siesta focuses her practice on real estate finance, working directly with borrower’s counsel and the firm’s lending clients on all aspects of the loan process from application through post-closing. She is experienced in closing loans for commercial buildings, multi-property portfolios, large multifamily buildings and cooperative and condominium apartment properties. Ms. Siesta’s experience also includes representing members of the lending community in connection with securitized loans. She has significant experience in addressing property level issues and working toward effective solutions while protecting the interest of the client.


As an Adjunct Professor, Ms. Siesta teaches Fundamentals of Legal Writing II: International Legal Writing at Brooklyn Law School.
