Mr. Robert is an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Mr. Robert advises employers on a broad range of employee benefit matters, including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, welfare plans, executive compensation, plan and fund investments and employee benefit aspects of corporate transactions. Mr. Robert has experience designing and drafting benefit plans, amendments and participant communications; assisting employers with regulatory compliance audits and corrections; and conducting fiduciary reviews of benefit plan administration and investment policies and procedures.  Mr. Robert has also counseled clients regarding multiemployer plans and ERISA related aspects of corporate bankruptcies.
