Mr. DiBenedetto is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department in the Sacramento office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

He focuses his practice on all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, and class-action litigation.

Mr. DiBenedetto also advises employers on developing nationwide policies, with a particular focus on payroll debit card, and travel time requirements.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. DiBenedetto was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frank C. Damrell Jr., United States District Court, Eastern District of California.  Before law school, Mr. DiBenedetto worked as a fraud investigator for the American Red Cross.
