2007 Northwest Atlanta GEM - 2007 Legal Update

Brett C. Bartlett, associate, John F. Meyers, partner and Sam S. Choy, partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, will be presenting Legal Update: FLSA, EEO/Affirmative Action Reporting, FMLA, 401(k) Plans, at the upcoming 2007 Northwest Atlanta GEM.  The presentation will discuss recent trends that affect the employer communities in the areas of affirmative action, EEO reporting, wage/hour, discrimination, 401(k) Plan developments and family leave.
