Richard D. Lutkus presented “Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking and Protecting Your Clients and Firm” on May 5th at the AAML 41st Annual Symposium. Rick provided practical guidelines for handling client data in small to medium sized law firms. After highlighting issues that may be ignored in typical small and medium sized firm settings, viable steps were presenting for mitigating the risk that accompanies handling client data and operating a law firm in today’s cyber landscape. 

The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) is a national not-for-profit membership association composed of the nation’s leading matrimonial lawyers from all 50 states.
