This presentation will be in two parts - one 90-minute session devoted to “Buy-Side Supply Agreements” and one 90-minute session devoted to “Sell-Side Supply Agreements”. In each session, we will explore the top 5 provisions which slow down negotiations and/or present the greatest risk, identify common negotiation strategies employed by both parties, and discuss common fallback positions to respond to such arguments.
