On April 25, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) voted in favor of new Enforcement Guidance relating to employers' use of arrest and conviction records, imposing greater restrictions on the use of criminal histories when making employment decisions.

Please join Seyfarth Shaw on Wednesday, May 16 for a comprehensive analysis of the EEOC's new guidance, and the steps that employers can take to mitigate their risk of challenges under Title VII.
