Program:
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

As employees have widely adopted personal mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, there has been a parallel trend of employers allowing (or requiring) their employees to use their own personal mobile devices at work. This “Bring Your Own Device,” or “BYOD” movement, can provide benefits to employees and employers such as convenience, greater flexibility and productivity, as well as cost savings.  However, BYOD programs can also create risks for employers.

Join us for a discussion on BYOD practices at corporations, including policies, security risks, privacy concerns, and e-discovery implications. This program will help you understand why clients adopt certain policies, issue spot problems, deal with evidence for litigation that may be stored on employee devices, and understand emerging trends for employee devices.

Lunch will be provided.
