Robert B. Milligan to Speak at California Employment Law Council’s (CELC) Annual Meeting

Robert B. Milligan has been invited to speak at CELC’s Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA on Friday, November 13, 2015.

 

Specifically, Mr. Milligan will cover the topic of "Protecting Trade Secrets in this Era of Employee Mobility.”

 

The California Employment Law Council (CELC) is a non-profit organization that works to promote a better legal climate for California employers. Its members include many of California’s largest and most significant employers. Senior-level in-house counsel and human resources professionals from these companies participate in CELC activities. CELC educational programs go beyond the basics to explain the nuances of cases, legislation, and regulations — including trends in plaintiff cases, defenses being used, and much more.
