Beginning on June 1, 2017 the Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois began the Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Project (MIDPP). This three-year program imposes court-ordered discovery and early production of electronically stored information (ESI) in almost all civil cases.
This webinar will allow attendees to learn about this new pilot program and how it will effect litigation going forward.
