Please join us to discuss pending and recent labor law reforms, particularly the Employee Free Choice Act. Our briefing is designed to explain and to discuss the new laws, regulations and court decisions that were added to the books in 2008, and discuss practical suggestions for compliance and avoidance of unnecessary litigation. It will also outline the key steps non-union employers should be considering to prepare for the EFCA legislation. Finally, the practical implications of this pending legislation on business structures, operations and practices will be considered, and responsive actions of other employers will be outlined.
