Kristin McGurn, partner of Seyfarth’s Labor & Employment department and a vice-chair of the firm’s interdisciplinary Health Law Group, is presenting "Claims Processing: Coordination of FMLA, ADA, & Workers Comp" at the Boston University Center for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery's 2017 Work Related Injuries: New Challenges & New Solutions Workshop on May 1st in Massachusetts.
