Building a successful non-traditional relationship requires asking a new set of questions -- with outside counsel and within the own organization, too. This interactive session examined some of the key components of value-based relationships and how they can add up to greater effectiveness and efficiency. Getting started can often appear to be the hardest part, this session  helped demystify some of the challenges and provided hands-on tools to help establish a different and successful approach to a mutually rewarding relationship with outside counsel.
