Angelo Paparelli to Speak at the PINCUS 2015 EB-5 Investor Based Immigration Conference: The Rules, The Roles, The Opportunities

Angelo Paparelli, partner of Seyfarth’s Business Immigration Practice Group and co-chair of its EB-5 Immigrant Investment Specialty Team, is speaking at the PINCUS 2015 EB-5 Investor Based Immigration Conference: The Rules, The Roles, The Opportunities at the DoubleTree Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

On October 8, 2015, Angelo will co-present “EB­-5 Immigration Basics,” which will cover a historical overview of the program; what it is and what it means; three main issues; targeted employment area; definitions of direct, regional center and pooled direct; and process and timing of I-526, immigrant visa/adjustment of status, and I-829.

On October 9, 2015, Angelo will co-present “Ethics: Food for Thought for All EB-­5 Stakeholders.”
