James Sowka to Present "Hot Legal Issues Impacting Loan Servicing" at the Fall 2017 Trigild Lender Conference

James Sowka, partner of Seyfarth's Bankruptcy, Workouts & Business Reorganization group and co-lead of the firm's Distressed Situations Resource Team, is co-presenting "Hot Legal Issues Impacting Loan Servicing" at the Trigild Fall Lender Conference on October 19.
