On September 28, 2016, Seyfarth Shaw LLP will present a webinar addressing the issues faced by the public sector employer to comply with the new regulations and the steps to take to comply. The webinar will address the following topics:
- The new exempt status compensation guidelines and their implications
- Compensating dual capacity employees under the new guidelines
- Employees subject to reclassification
- Changes necessary relative to timekeeping practices
