Seyfarth Trademark Group Chair and Partner Ken Wilton will present at the INTA Annual Meeting in Seattle, WA on Wednesday, May 23 at 11:45 a.m. PST. Ken’s session is titled “Proper Use of Your Trademark: How to Prevail in Revocation Actions.”
 
The session will explore the most important aspects of the proper use of a trademark needed to defend a trademark in cancellation actions. It provides equal guidance in opposition proceedings and infringement actions if the use is challenged. The panelists will discuss national differences and explain generally acknowledged principles. Finally, the session will look at practical and organizational aspects and provide guidance for the management of evidence of use.
 
The session will be moderated by Olaf Gillert of Taylor Wessing (Germany). Other presenters include Karina Dimidjian-Lecomte of Casalonga Avocats (France) and Meike Urban of Sandoz International GmbH (Germany).
