Steven Meier a Panelist for “Tax Demo and Full Cycle of Events Debate” at ADISA's 2018 AI Research & Due Diligence Forum

Steven Meier, chair of Seyfarth’s Corporate Department and co-chair of the firm’s Tax Practice, is serving as a panelist for “Tax Demo and Full Cycle of Events Debate” at ADISA's 2018 AI Research & Due Diligence Forum on July 10, 2018 in New York.

The program will include a live tax return walk-through of a 1031 Exchange from start to finish, and will show the various forms, depreciations schedules, and explore the implications of a full cycle program. Presenters will end with a conversation on the treatment of “rolling” into the next DST and what that may look like, particularly when it involves multiple properties.
