Shanghai Attorneys Presented at Asia Counsel-to-Counsel Exchange

On November 5, attorneys with our Shanghai office were invited to give a speech at the 4th Annual Asia Counsel-to-Counsel Exchange held at the Swisshotel Shanghai. They were asked to share their experience, skill, and knowledge on the following topics:

• Leon Mao - M&A and Restructuring Related Employment Law
• Amanda Hu - Protection of Workplace Trade Secrets and Pitfalls of Non-Compete Compete Agreements in China

The Counsel-to-Counsel Exchange is an exclusive event for General Counsels, Heads of Legal and decision makers of the legal department of multi-national companies. Each participant brings together ideas, questions, best practices, experiences or case studies for discussion and exploration.

This year the audience was made up by more than 80 Asia-based general counsels and legal directors, who found the insights that Seyfarth attorneys provided during the speeches, as well the subsequent focus group discussions, “highly practical and rewarding”
