Seyfarth Shaw will present on a variety of employment law updates and provide best practices and tips on each topic, including how to handle difficult administrative charges and investigations; recent Supreme Court decisions on employment issues; the differences and similarities between the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and workers’ compensation; the broadening scope of reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act; how to conduct an effective sexual harassment investigation, including consideration of potential ethical and professional issues; and what employers should expect to see from the EEOC and litigants in 2014.
