Attendees will learn how the discipline of Lean SixSigma can be applied to the delivery of legal services. Working in groups, teams will participate in over a dozen collaborative exercises to apply Lean SixSigma skills to real-world problems in their daily work life. The session will culminate in a presentation showcasing the application of those techniques learned from their assigned challenge. This event runs from 8:30 AM until 10:00 AM.
