Peter Oxman to Serve as Workshop Facilitator for "Stranger Things: Keep Your Clients Out of the Upside Down when Negotiating Joint Venture Agreements" at 2018 ICSC U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference

Peter Oxman, a partner in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, is serving as a facilitator for the "Stranger Things: Keep Your Clients Out of the Upside Down when Negotiating Joint Venture Agreements" panel at ICSC's 2018 U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference on October 24 in Orlando, Florida.

Panelists and participants will have an interactive discussion of material provisions in real estate joint venture agreements by veteran real estate attorneys who have been to the “Upside Down” universe and back with their clients. The program will focus on capital, management, exits (buy/sell/ROFO/forced sales) and dispute resolution provisions, and how to avoid going to the “Upside Down” universe.
