The 2011 Futures Conference, hosted by The College of Law Practice Management and the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law, is specifically designed to offer ideas that are meaningful to firms of all sizes, across all legal disciplines. Through presentations and small group discussions, you will learn from the profession’s most innovative minds, exchange ideas with peers and gain extraordinary insight into the law practice management of the future. This conference is for law firm leaders, managing partners, executive directors, chief marketing officers, directors of professional development, law school deans and anyone else interested in the future of the business of law.

Labor & Employment chair Lisa Damon will participate in one of the conference's panels, entitled "What is the Future of Price: Defining Value in Value Billing." The panel will focus on the concept of value, as defined by both clients and by law firms, and how the definition of value is evolving over time.
