Gabriella Burnham is a member of the Immigration Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Burnham has extensive experience researching and preparing both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. She has prepared H-1B, L-1, E-3, and TN-1 visa petitions for companies of varying sizes and spanning many industries. With respect to Immigrant Visa applications, she has prepared labor certifications under the Department of Labor's new "PERM" system. She also has prepared numerous Employment and Family-based Immigrant Visa petitions including EB-1B Outstanding Researcher petitions and Adjustment of Status applications. In addition, Ms. Burnham has experience preparing Naturalization applications, as well as Temporary Protected Status applications.

Ms. Burnham is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
