Biography
Mr. Mattingly serves as managing partner of the Firm’s Atlanta office. Also, as a member in the Real Estate Practice Group, Mr. Mattingly’s practice involves leading teams that serve institutional real estate clients, including a finance team that has closed loans aggregating several billion dollars in all 48 contiguous states and Hawaii (still looking for the elusive Alaskan deal) and a leasing and development team that represents one of the worlds largest retailers on a national basis.Education
