Biography
Ms. Anderson is an associate in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw. Her practice includes representing employers in federal and state court litigation and before administrative agencies regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, trade secret, wrongful termination, and all other types of labor and employment matters.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Anderson advises employers on such issues as employment policies, terminations, drug testing, background checks, leaves of absence, employment contracts, and numerous other issues that arise under local, state, and federal labor and employment laws.
